Biggie Joe Ndambwa is a Special Research Fellow in Political Science at the University of Zambia (UNZA), where he lectures in Political Science and International Relations in the Department of Government and Management Studies. He holds a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UNZA and is currently pursuing a PhD in Political Science and International Studies at the University of South Africa (UNISA). His teaching and research interests span political theory, international relations, comparative politics, international political economy, foreign policy analysis, peace/security studies and environmental politics. He has also served as an Consultant for the African Union (AU and the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA), on the African Peer Review Mechanism (APRM) as well as the Country Structural Vulnerability and Resilience Assessment (CSVRA) and Country Structural Vulnerability Mitigation Strategy (CSVMS) for Zambia. He is recipient of the prestigious University of Zambia Special Research Fellowship Award (2025).
