Dr Kaonga is a Health Economist with a passion for research, policy analysis, and project management. With nearly a decade of experience, he has demonstrated expertise in collaborating with various stakeholders, including government bodies, international organizations, and academia, to drive impactful health and social sector initiatives. He is proficient in various data analysis software and tools, such as Matlab, Stata, SPSS, Excel, and Office, and has published multiple papers in peer-reviewed journals and conferences. - 2023/2024 – Consultant: National Health Accounts. This is a study on the flow of finances in the healthcare sector from the sources to the functions on which these finances are spent. The study was funded by the Ministry of Health and its Cooperating Partners.
