Mr. Nayunda A. Wamunyima

Nayunda is lecturer and researcher in the Department of Government and Management Studies, at the University of Zambia. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration with a minor in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and a Masters Arts in Public Administration, from the University of Zambia. He specializes in Organisation Theory, Design and Management, and Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation. He has over 10 years’ experience in teaching and training in Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation as well as Organisation Theory, Design and Management. He has conducted a number of research, project design/baseline assessment as well as end of project evaluations for over 10 years. The research, baseline assessments and end of project evaluations cover different sectors, including but not limited to; conservation farming, nutrition, health, gender, children’s rights, education and environmental protection. Further, he has participated in strategy development, and conducted capacity building in project management and M&E. He has also published scholarly papers, on topics such as research methods, project evaluations, reproductive health, and outsourcing in the public sector, with reputable publishers – SAGE Publications Ltd., BMC Public Health and the African Review.
